Granulators
We provide state-of-the-art granulators or bel thrower which has the capacity to securely load and throw gentle products up to 12 meters load in just 15-25 minutes.
Functionality: The thrower is mounted on a support structure, the example is appended with a forklift from the rear of the container. On the support-construction there are two platforms for the operator. After attaching the loading device to the truck positioned below the corresponding silo outlet. Now the filling opening of the container liner is attached to the machine eject hopper. After opening the silo outlet, the device can be started. The product is now being accelerated in a spin band in the GWS 2000 and put into the container. The operator can adjust height adjustment and throw from the control panel of the controller. To prevent overfilling of the container, the product inlet-slide is closed by the actuation of an ultrasonic sensor. The required remainder or the quantity remaining from the silo can then be added by hand.
